What is a Product ID Tag?
Product ID Tag
A short code on every unit we rent out. It identifies that one physical item, so you can point us at the exact fridge or safe in a room without needing the student's name or order number.
•Where to find it. On the right-hand side of the product.
•On a fridge, there is a second one inside, next to the thermostat knob. Useful when the outside of the unit is against a wall or under a bed.
•When it helps. Reporting a fault, checking which unit ended up in which room after a move, or confirming a swap. Search the tag here and the order it belongs to comes straight up.
Not every unit has one recorded yet, so a tag search can come back empty even when the order exists. Name or order number always works.

This list is for reference. Relocations, service and any other request should be raised by the
resident through their own account at gobreez.com/my.
That way we can troubleshoot with them directly, give them next steps, and keep what you see here accurate.

Rental History
Year-to-date comparison: every year is counted through the same point in the season, so a part-finished year is never measured against a completed one.
Adoption and impact count Fridge-Microwave Combo rentals only. Add-ons appear on Rental History and Commission.

Each rental is anchored at the lowest list price for that school/term, lines at or below 70% of anchor are dropped, and Spring counts only where the signed contract grants it.

•Current customers only. Rows for students who aren't current Breez customers are never used or retained.
•No storage, no reuse. We don't keep your roster after verification is complete, and we never share it or use it for marketing or any future purpose.
•Limited access. Only the small Breez operations team that manages your deliveries ever handles your roster, and only for the room verification itself.

Every school submission lands here the moment it's made (read live from the School Corrections sheet, not tied to the 30-min sync). Grouped by school, newest first.
To reconcile a correction: fix the order in WooCommerce, then tick Reconciled. The dashboard automatically pulls the updated hall/room into the Orders sheet and the row flips to Applied in Orders. No spreadsheet edits needed.
